“ We 4 couples stayed for 7 days Royal Service .The service excellent friendly stuff help full always smiling. A big shout out to Nacho the bartender at beach and Orestes bartender in Bar by the lobby open 24/7 and let’s not forget Marlene at pool bar always a great time with all of them.I can only say we will be back . I have nothing to say about the staff or the resort it’s more if anything the way of guests behaviour. Even if you pay to be there those not mean to disrespect the staff ,still show respect . And let’s not forget the staff on beach water exercise and dance this guys rock. ”
“ We just got back from a week at Paradisus and it was the best Cuban holiday we've ever had. We were pleasantly surprised with the food and drink selection. We never had a problem finding beach or pool loungers for the day. Staff were amazing! We stayed in an older part of the resort and the room could have used a little updating but it was a spacious suite with two bathrooms, living room, huge balcony and wet bar. The Japanese restaurant was a nice experience. Thank you to Yirenia in the Rock House 24 hour snack bar. She always greeted us attentively and with a smile and provided excellent service. We also loved the piano bar which was an added bonus. The entertainment staff, Kevin and the rest of the team were always good at getting us up for activities. All of the staff in the resort were friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was that we had no towels the last day and never did get them, but we packed an extra beach towel which came in handy. The beach was beautiful and you can walk out in waist deep water for a while. We would definitely like to come back in the future. Overall an excellent vacation! ”
